Bread pudding is loved by many people by the softness and gentle flavor. There are the rich list of recipes related to this type of pudding. And you may start with the simplest one. The amendment is such as the baguette replaced by the healthy bread, the milk can be changed by the suitable milk. Beside the butter may be replaced by the healthy cooking oil, the sugar amount may be reduced a little bit. Prepared time: 45 minutes

Serve: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:
  • 1 baguette
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 220 ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of butter melted
  • 1/3 teaspoon of vanilla powder ( or vanilla extract)
  • A round shape
Directions:
  • Stir milk with sugar, salt and butter melted.
  • Shred baguette and soak them into the milk for 15 minutes.
  • Add vanilla and mix the mixture well.
  • Spoon the mixture in the round shape. Bake it for 30 minutes.
  • Slice the pudding and serve warm.
