Ingredients:
- 200 g chicken breast meat, thinly sliced
- 20-40 g tea leaves (15 – 20 fresh tea leaves), fine cut
- 1/3 teaspoon of salt
- 1/3 teaspoon of green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon of shallot, chopped fine
- 1 – 2 spoon chicken broth ( water is possible)
- 1 teaspoon of cooking oil
Directions:
- Season chicken breast with salt, green tea powder and ½ teaspoon of shallot chopped fine, wait for 5-7 minutes.
- Heat a pan, fry the rest of shallot fro smelling. Add chicken breast into the pan, stir it for turning to be white. Pour the chicken broth into the pan, cook with the medium heat for 7-10 minutes or until it is cooked.
- Taste the chicken if it suits your flavor. Add tea leaves fine cut into the pan. Stir them well and turn off the cooker.
- Spoon the fried chicken with tea leaves into a dish and serve warmly.
