Ingredients:
  • 600 g whole wheat flour

( it is possible to mix whole wheat flour and bread flour with a half for each type)

  • 1 teaspoon of instant dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 40 g of sugar
  • 350 ml warm of water
  • 3 teaspoons of cooking oil or olive oil
  • 1 bread pan in 20 cm x 10 cm, scan the thin dry flour in it.
Directions:  
  • Mix in a large bowl the dry ingredients included the flour ( about 500gr, the rest you will use in the process of kneading), salt, sugar and instant dry yeast well.
  • Add the cooking oil, and then add the warm water. After that mix them thoroughly.
  • Knead the dough constantly for 10-15 minutes. In the process, you add the dry flour to make the dough easier and not to be stick so much.
  • Let the dough with covering by a plastic wrapper in rest in the warm place. The time is for 40-45 minutes with the status to double in size.
  • Press your finger to the dough, if it keeps itself in form, the dough is ready to bake.
  • Before baking, Make the dough to be fixed in the pan. Let it in rest for 5 minutes.  Meanwhile preheat your oven at 220 C degree.
  • Bake the bread at 200- 220 C degree depend on your oven for 30-35 minutes. In the case that the surface of the bread turns brown soon, you should cover it by the foil. Don’t decrease the degree, the bread will not be done well.
  • After baking, let the bread to be cool and then knife in slices. Keep the bread slices in the bag or in the basket and cover them by a clean felt towel. The time for using is for 3 days at least.
