  • 100gr of wheat flour
  • 30gr of granulated sugar (you may reduce the amount or let it free)
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 large egg lightly beaten
  • 25gr of unsalted butter melted
  • 200gr of rip banana mashed well (about 3-4 bananas in small size and 2-3 bananas in medium size)
  • 1/3 tsp of vanilla powder
