Ingredients:
  • 300gr of green lettuces
  • 100gr of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 30gr of julienne of onion
  • 1 lime for juice
  • A pinch of salt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (optional)
Directions:
  • Boil the eggs and cut into four or six pieces depending on the eggs’ size.
  • Break the green lettuce into half or three with each part that about 5-6cm. It depends on the lettuce’s size.
  • Cut in half the cherry tomatoes.
  • Mix salt, sugar and lime juice, you can check if it suits your taste.
  • In a large bowl, add the green lettuce, onion and tomatoes then add a half of lime juice mixed. And then you do the next step as below:
