Serve: 2 servings

Ingredients:
  • 160 g fish fillet cut into 6 cm pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon of shallot chopped fine
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper crushed
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons cooking oil
  • 3-4 spoons of orange sauce ( orange sauce recipe for your reference is here)
  • Dill (optional)
Directions:
  • Season fish fillets with garlic, shallot, pepper and salt for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add cooking oil, mix it well with fish fillets for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a non stick pan, add fish into the pan fry for 4-5 minutes. Turn them and wait for 3 minutes.
  • Add orange sauce for boiling, turn the fish fillets again. You may taste the fish if it suits your flavor.
  • Turn off the cooker. Add the dill for increase the aroma and decoration.
  • Spoon out the fish and place them into a dish for serving warmly.
